Innovative community participants

The Advanced Care Innovative Community Participation Program provides NDIS participants with a sense of belonging, purpose and connection to their community. Through the program, they will enhance their quality of life by encouraging meaningful interactions with others and providing opportunities to develop social skills, showcase their talents, and participate in community activities in a meaningful way. In addition, they will increase their self-esteem and independence.

The support services are designed to encourage and assist participants in expanding their horizons and bringing in innovation, while contributing to their personal growth. As a result, they can become more active citizens who contribute to the community by sharing experiences, skills and resources with others.
